• Basic personal data: name, email, phone number, and account data. • Assessment data: results and details of personality, psychological, and growth tests you take (Seed Test, VIA, OCEAN, thinking styles). • Goals & dreams: inputs about your wishes, dreams, and the goals you want to achieve. • AI interactions: conversations, inputs, and questions you exchange with the platform's built-in AI systems. • Mentor session recordings & transcripts: guidance sessions are recorded and transcribed to analyze them and extract recommendations.

The main purpose is to deliver a dynamic, personalized guidance journey, including:

• Personalized plans: processing test and goal data with AI to produce action plans and guidance paths that fit your personality and circumstances. • Personal evolution tracking: storing and analyzing session transcripts and ongoing interactions to update your plan and build a living record of your growth. • Better guidance: helping mentors and AI systems understand your past milestones and give you the right support in upcoming sessions. • Improving the journey AI: increasing the accuracy of recommendations and tools for you and everyone on the platform.

• Full confidentiality: your dreams, test results, and session recordings/transcripts are treated with the highest secrecy. • Encryption & secure storage: everything is stored in encrypted, secured cloud environments with state-of-the-art protection against unauthorized access. • Access control: only protected automated systems and the mentors directly assigned to you can access your sessions. • You see all your data; your matched mentor sees your profile, roadmap, and tasks only; senior admins see audit logs only when needed.

We never sell or share your personal data, test results, or session recordings with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

Data may be processed through supporting technical tools (such as AI engines and transcription apps) bound by strict data-protection and confidentiality agreements, and never allowed to use your data for any other purpose.

• At any time you can request a full copy of your data or its complete deletion at fielmeshmesh2026@gmail.com. • You can cancel your account anytime; data is erased within 30 days. • We may update this policy for technical or business needs.
