7-day cooling-off (monthly + yearly subscriptions)
If you change your mind within 7 days of your first charge on any Starter, Mentorship, or VIP subscription, write to fielmeshmesh2026@gmail.com and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 7 days, the plan is non-refundable but you can cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
One-time purchases (VIP Accelerator, Roadmap Pass, On-Demand Session)
For VIP Accelerator: a full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, provided fewer than 2 mentor sessions have been delivered. For Roadmap Pass and On-Demand Session: a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, provided the AI roadmap has not yet been generated (Roadmap Pass) or the session has not yet been delivered.
How to request a refund
Email fielmeshmesh2026@gmail.com from the address on your account. Include your order ID (visible on the Kashier receipt and in your dashboard) and the reason in one or two lines. We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days through the same payment method you used.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend the account to protect the mentor's booked time. We always prefer to resolve things directly write to us first and we'll do our best to make it right.
Cancellations vs. refunds
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. If you want money back for the period you already paid, follow the refund steps above. You can cancel any time from your dashboard → Settings → Account.
